MINI Teases All-Electric Scooter Concept, to be revealed in Paris

Hot on the (w)heels of Smart's announcement on the presentation of an all-electric scooter concept at the Paris Motor Show, the firm's domestic rival, BMW-owned MINI, also revealed plans to debut a plug-in scooter prototype.
