Ferrari F430 Trying to Squeeze Through Narrow Medieval Path is Pure Greek Comedy

A beautiful retreat it may be, but the Zagorohoria, a cluster of 46 traditional settlements tucked away in the mountains of Epirus in northwestern Greece, is no place for driving a Ferrari inside the medieval villages. Unless, that is, you don't mind using your ride as a paintbrush for the stonewalls...

It all makes sense, right? Well, to some it doesn't as a genius brought along his Ferrari F430 Spider and tried to navigate through the narrow cobbled streets and footpaths, which, obviously, were never designed with cars in mind.

In what was clearly a nerve rattling procedure, which according to YouTube author Haris Mauroudis, took 20 minutes for a distance of no more than 100 meters (close to 300 feet), the Ferrari and its driver found their freedom, albeit not without the F430 sprouting smoke out of its distressed rear end.

Watch Greek Lada 2104 Wagon Beat the Snot Out of a Porsche 911 GT2 RS (?)!

Ever heard of the saying a wolf in sheep's clothing? It’s a phrase used all too frequently in the auto industry to describe timid-looking cars that pack a knockout punch. If you haven't, here's a real-life example: Sergio's Lada 2014 Station Wagon.

You can't really get more humble than an old Soviet-era Lada that traces its roots all the way back to the original Fiat 124. That is the sheep's clothing part of the equation, because under the boring shell, this Lada from Greece hides the platform, interior and a heavily modded SR20DET 2.0-liter turbo from a Nissan Silvia/200SX/240SX.

In some of the videos we found, the Lada Wagon 240SX is said to deliver somewhere in the range of 400 wheel-horsepower, but could that be enough to humiliate what appears to be the famed Porsche 911 GT2 RS?

Remember, this Porsche came with a 3.6-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six twisting out a massive 612hp (620PS) with a claimed 0-100km/h (62mph) time of just 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 330km/h (205mph).

Understandably, without questioning the ferociousness and speed of the Lada, we do have some reservations about the Porsche – was the driver giving everything it had and was it a real 911 GT2 RS or a replica?

Rocking Mercedes Art Car from Ikaria Greece

Rocking Mercedes Art Car from Ikaria Greece

I found this Rocking Mercedes Art Car in a granite wall made on the Island of Ikaria in Greece on the facebook page about the island. Its a retaining wall made from granite and the Mercedes is built in the wall using various colored stone. This photo is especially fantastic to me, first because I spend my childhood summers there and second because the Mercedes Pens is my favorite art car ride. I can believe I found photo, I never imagined finding and art car in Ikaria but I am not surprised so see such artistry manifest in this way.
